The Lighthouse

For this modular (creator) building was that the The Lighthouse is based for a creation to fit in the Sea front Village. I built this one on Lego Digital Designer (LDD). I really believe that this model could have a lot of genuine interest for fans of my Sea front Village sets. This is the fifth building that I will be submitting.
Summary
A lighthouse is a tower, building, or other type of structure designed to emit light from a system of lamps and lenses, and to serve as a navigational aid for maritime pilots at sea or on inland waterways.

On a clear day you can see forever.. How often can you see a light house? Popular with tourists, get in early and enjoy the ambiance.. A short walk from the Lighthouse there is an Old Fishing Store down the road, which has bait and tackle. Or go around the lighthouse and enjoy a magnificent view. The Lighthouse is under some construction and is also getting painted.
Minifig: Carpenter, Fisherman, Painters and Lighthouse manager.
Sealife: Crabs, Starfish, Sea grass, Seagull, And more
Boat: Rowing boat
The building consists of roughly 2380 parts and a boat, office, bedroom, kitchen, deck with a porch and outhouse, light room, storage room between the cliff. I used the colors sand blue and white glow, reddish brown for the building that gives it a realistic feeling. The roofs I used the color dark stone grey and reddish brown. The roof just sits on a couple of studs so it’s easy to take of and put on.

Captain Rob's Wharf

My story for this modular building is, that the Wharf is based on the Sea Front village Theme. I liked the old Fishing villages so I built this one on Lego Digital Designer (LDD). I really believe that this model could have a lot of genuine interest to fans of Modular and my Sea Front Village sets. This is one of the ragged aged buildings that started the Sea Front village in the beginning.

Come to Captain Rob's Wharf and meet the old fishing men. There are still some fishing boats and the fishermen like to hang around and share their fishing stories. One caught fish bigger than the next. They talk about the good old days and like to spend their time, watching the boats pass by and play a game of cards.

Summary
The building consists of roughly 1870 parts and two floors: the main room, kitchen, and old shed. I used the colors dark brown and earth blue that gives it a realistic feeling. Five Mini-figures could be added such as four fishermen and one captain. And a lot of details.

The Dive Shop
For this modular (creator) building was that the The Dive Shop is based for a creation to fit in the Sea front Village. I built this one on Lego Digital Designer (LDD). I really believe that this model could have a lot of genuine interest for fans of my Sea front Village sets. This is my fourth of Sea front Village building that I will be submitting.
Summary
Centrally located in the Sea Front Village Marina.The Dive Shop proudly offers an unparalleled inventory selection including the best names in scuba equipment; boundless dive opportunities and a top-of-the-line Repair/Service Tech Center. Minifig: Captain, Store keeper, Boats man, Fisherman, 3x Diver, 6x Seagull.
Boat: 2x Rowing boat, 1x Rubber boat.
Shop: cabinets with drawers, dive masks, tanks and snorkeling gear and a showcase with ship wheel, tanks and diver helmet.
The building consists of roughly 1950 parts The Dive Shop has two rooms one down stairs and one upstairs. The first floor can be reached by a staircase. The first floor has room in the hall for the empty tanks for refill by The Old Fishing Store The Dive shop have a wrap around dock with lots of accessories.
The building: the walls are brick yellow and sand blue, the windows brown and sand yellow or sand blue, the roof color black.
Outside the dock there is a buoy with two seagulls and two livebuoy’s
